April Flavor of The Month Blog Hop-April Showers Bring May Flowers!

Flavor of the Month: April Showers Bring May Flowers Blog Hop

Thanks so much for joining us for our second month of our Flavor of the Month card kit.

The design team again has knocked it out of the park with the great projects using this kit. This card kit is like no other one on the market.

Want to try several different paper collections, want to receive 4 stamp sets each month (some exclusive to our card kit…coming in the near future!)? Well, if so you will not want to miss subscribing to or purchasing this kit.

Versatility is the name of this kit! With this great Spring look you can make all sorts of different cards! If you missed out last month the explanation/introduction to how this kit works and what to expect is linked on the SFL “Flavor of the Month” page.

And introducing this month an exclusive partnership with Kennedy Grace Creations as we will be using her sequins with each and every collection. Some sequin mixes will be custom to the collections, some will be pulled from her current mixes.

Now, onto my cards!!

I created my cards using "THE BANANA SPLIT" Flavor of the Month!

and I added on an
"A La Carte" Item

Jilli-Bean Soup
Saffron Yellow Pepper Soup Wood Veeners

This month, in THE BANANA SPLIT, you received a Stamp Set called "APRIL SHOWERS", a mini ink Cube from Clearly Kelly, and Echo Park Ephemera from the "SPRING" collection! You also receive the word die from the Deluxe Sundae called "CELEBRATE"!

Here are the 4 cards I created!

Here is the first card using the items from the Collection One Ingredients:

The card layout is from the is from Sketch #1
I used the supplies from the Collection One ingredients
as well as the Banana Split extras that were from Echo Park Ephemera "SPRING" for the sentiment.

Here is the second card using the items from the Collection Two ingredients:

The card layout is from Sketch 2 and I utilized the additional purchase of Jilly Bean Soup Wood Veneers called "Saffron Yellow Pepper Soup Wood Veneers" for the card front. Additionally, to add some flair to my envelope, I utilized the "APRIL SHOWERS BRING MAY FLOWERS" from the Banana Split extras.

Here is the third card I using items from Collection Three ingredients:

The card layout is from Sketch 3 and I utilized the Banana Split extras to help decorate my envelope. I utilized Copic Markers to color in my bunny from the Lawn Fawn HOPPY EASTER stamp set. I also stamped the sentiment "Hoppy Easter" using the Clearly Kelly Ink Cube from the Banana Split extras.

Here is the fourth card I using items from Collection Four ingredients:

This card layout is from Sketch 4, and I utilized the CELEBRATE die that comes with the Deluxe Sundae collection. I created a background design using the PLANNING SPRING stamp set as well as the Clearly Kelly Ink cube from the Banana Split extras for my focal piece. I used the Doodlebug Sprinkles PASTEL POSIES to decorate my envelope for this card.

I hope you enjoyed my cards for the hop today! And be sure to follow my blog to check out my future projects
